Bentley provided complete Architectural Design, Structural Engineering, and Civil Engineering services on the former Calibron Inc. and then Recoton corporate headquarters in Lake Mary, FL. This 189,000 square foot office/ warehouse facility features Concrete tilt-up with steel I-Beam frame, clear height of 18′-24′ in warehouse, and roof mounted condenser/compressor units providing air-conditioning through 100% of facility.
