In 1994, Bentley relocated again to its fifth location at 217 N. Westmont Drive in Altamonte Springs. The move was temporary, because Bill had started on plans to build Bentley a permanent home in Seminole County. This move was well supported because many of Bentley’s employees lived in the county and everyone liked not having to fight the traffic around downtown Orlando.
The company continued with work in both the public and private sectors, allowing for diversification of projects and their locations. This included restaurants, medical renovations, retail (both small and large box), food stores, and office renovations.
A new project type that Bentley was awarded this year was the design of cell phone towers, particularly for BellSouth. This included designs for both the site and tower shaft foundations.
