Providing comprehensive design services on the architectural and engineering fronts aided greatly in Bentley’s continuing success. It was with this marketing plan that Bentley started working with A&P Food Market for one of its new brands in Louisiana called Sav-a-Center. To accommodate the rapid growth and project demand for A&P, Bentley opened an office in New Orleans to support the large amount of A&P development occurring in the Gulf States area.
Work with Kmart continued, and in 1990 Bentley was awarded its first international project, Tutu Park Mall in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. The enclosed mall included a major food store based out of Puerto Rico.
Bentley found a new office at the Sanlando Center in Longwood. It was clear right away that Seminole County was a perfect fit for everyone at Bentley.
