Description: This new Operations Center will consolidate the services of the Utility Provider and enhance its ability to serve its customers. Included in the 177,000 square foot project are maintenance operations, administrative offices, a training facility and warehouses. This project is planned for Silver LEED Certification. Construction completion is scheduled for December 2010.
