Description: Bentley provided complete architectural and engineering services to the City of Leesburg for the renovation/new construction of an old FDOT Maintenance Yard that became the City’s Public Works Maintenance Facility. The architectural and engineering elements associated with this project include: schematic design and layout, Civil Engineering plan for the site and entrance roadway, Architectural plans for the building renovations and new construction, a landscaping plan, cost estimates and bid documents.
